Our Apprenticeship program is intentionally designed- rooted in real mentorship, and the belief that the early chapters of your career shape everything that follows.

At Fika, apprentices are taught with care, clarity, and high standards. You’ll gain hands-on experience, practical education, and the confidence that comes from being truly prepared. Personal style is welcome here, bold or understated, but how you show up should always feel intentional, elevated, and ready for the room.

While we don’t have the capacity to hire every apprentice long-term, our commitment is the same for everyone: to support your growth and help you build a career that feels grounded, capable, and sustainable, wherever it leads.
